Each phase has the option of either private or group sessions. Private sessions allow the course to be adjusted to an individuals needs and pace . On the other hand group sessions offer a wider experience and peer support.

The hourly rate for private sessions is $60. Depending on the individual, the material can be covered in 6 to 10 hours per phase.

Group sessions are offered as a weekend retreat with an introduction on a Friday evening and a full day on Saturday and Sunday. The cost of a retreat is $390, excluding travel and accommodations.
