WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT -

Each week of this six week course, I will do a presentation on each letter in the acronym I CARE. The first will be I for Intuition, followed by C for Cultivating Compassion, A for Awareness, Attention and Anchoring Within, R for Rest and Refill and E for Expression.

We will begin each gathering with a meditation to get grounded and to center within. Then I will do a presentation of the current weekly letter of the acronym. We will then open the Space for questions, reflection and sharing which is always optional. This sharing can bring great insights to the group. I will be tuning in on an intuitive and energetic level and I may ask you if you would like feedback or guidance, and again this is always your choice. There will be some journaling exercises to deepen our reflection. At the end of our session I will give you some suggestions to work with throughout the week that are related to the topic which we will share about the following week.

MY HOPE IS THAT YOU WILL -

Access your intuition in a deeper way. Nurture a dialogue with yourself that is more loving and kind. Learn how to hold a space of awareness and attention so you can understand and heal what keeps you from being authentic with others and bring more clarity to how you show up for yourself. Give yourself the time and activities that bring relaxation and fill you up. Do more of what brings some sparkle and aliveness to your days. This can then radiate out into our world!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED -

A Zoom account which is free, a pen and journal, anything that brings you comfort such as a blanket, water, tea, etc. and it is always helpful if you have an open mind and heart!
